Since 1977 we have performed over 4000 commissions. Our expertise in a variety of construction types and end uses is astounding. The projects range from Computer Monitor Manufacturers in Taiwan to a Rock Stars home in Rockford, from Toxic Waste Treatment Plants to fast food chains. Our largest project to date is the 500,000 square foot building for Newell in Freeport, Illinois. Our most unique service to our clients is cost control. Of the 4000 Commissions we have performed, only three have been over budget. We owe this success to our close relationship to the contractors we work with and the huge volume of work we produce, which allows us to constantly update our cost data.
